In 2013, nestled in the heart of New York City at Santos Party House, DJ Dan Darlington ignited a spark that would convert the LGBTQ+ events scene. He created BRÜT, a leading underground gay party in the USA, posthaste establishing itself as an essential part of the city’s nightlife with a symphony of master beats of incredible House Tech awakening everyone’s soul.

Initially catering to men in leather and fetish gear, BRÜT has grown to mark confident libertine energy, diversity, and the freedom to express oneself without opinion, encouraging all partygoers to come in their sexiest, making it one of the most sought-after underground gay parties in NYC.

The house music sanctuary that began in New York rapidly escalated, expanding across the United States within the LGBTQ+ community, gathering thousands of people from different cities from all over the world.

For over 26 years, CircuitMOM Productions has been passionately dedicated to elevating the vibrant LGBT event culture to fresh heights. As a gay/queer-owned company, we take enormous pride in producing and celebrating Pride all year long, extending far beyond the confines of June.

We are once again partnering with Marriott's Hotel Chicago Downtown Collection for our Market Days hotel. They are offering an astounding $199/night room rate from Thurs., Aug. 7 - Tues., Aug. 12 (destination fee does not employ and will be removed once you arrive at the hotel to review in). You'll be in the heart of downtown Chicago and steps away from transit that will get you to the Market Days street fest and our parties at the Aragon with ease. You have until July 25th to book this rate, so don't wait!

NORTHASTED MARKET DAY 2025 RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Tighten Cancellation: CRSEM LLC dba Special Events Management (hereinafter “SEM”) reserves the right to cancel a compress at any time for the good of the festival, or by the direction of the Northalsted Business Alliance (AKA “Host Committee”). Any cancellations by management will be refunded if ALL rules and regulations have been followed. Cancellation or suspension due to lack of proper city licensing or defeat to meet or maintain guidelines will not be eligible for refunds. 2. Water: Running water is not provided on site. You must supply your own fresh water. 3. Electricity: No small portable generators or car batteries are permitted within your booth. All electricity on site, if paid for, is portable and provided by a third-party licensed supplier. Any service disruptions and/or blackouts from electricity provided by CRSEM and its provider will not result in a rebate or refund. 4. Music: This event STRICTLY prohibits the playing of recorded or live music in your booth. 5. Laws: Drilling in the avenue is not permitted to secure your tent or equipment. Violators will be subject to a town fine
