To enter a cheat code press the Up button on your keyboard or controller to display Niko's cell phone. Press Up once more to demonstrate the phone's keypad where you can enter in the codes with the arrow keys on your keyboard/controller or using the number pad on your keyboard.
Once a code has been entered you can access it again via the "Cheats" menu option in Niko's cell phone.
All Codes that work for GTA IV will serve for The Lost & Damned, and The Ballad Of Gay Tony.

Note: Some of these codes will disable certain achievements in the game, I will be sure to list the ones that undertake with an underlined note.

Begin your exploration of the Sunset House area by hanging a left towards the Demon Door as soon as you enter the area.

The Sunset House Demon Door is directly to the left as soon as you enter the area. Give back as Queen (or King) of Albion to access this Demon Door -- this will happen as part of the main quest you progress through the game. You can just walk right in and claim your 1,, Gold prize in the "Pools of Sorrow" area.

Silver Key

Hang a left as soon as you penetrate the Sunset House area from Mourningwood. You should come upon the Demon Door. Facing the Demon Door, head to the left again to uncover the Silver Key nestled amongst the boulders.

Gnome

Facing Sunset House, examine the corner of the home to your right. This Gnome is on some boulders above a tiny pool.

Silver Key

Facing Sunset House's front door, turn right and run to through the woods to this key in the corner of the area.

If you've been following the walkthrough closely, you should already have a Gold Key which you can use to open the Gold Key
